Our cherries are not like any other dried cherries on the market. We use only dark sweet cherries (Bing cherries upon request) that have no additives or preservatives and are naturally flavorful. We use a forced air-drying system and pit the cherries after drying. With this process, the dried cherries have an excellent taste since most of the juices are retained in the cherry and not lost if pitted fresh. We take pride in offering a natural dried cherry with no added sugar or preservatives, just a Cherry!
