We love that fact that our dried peaches keep you stocked all year round, but when the fresh peaches are near, we’re all about the cobbler!! Easy, delicious, and irresistible- you’re going to want to try this one.

1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 ½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
1 Cup Milk
6-8 peaches, sliced (depending on size)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8×8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cover bottom of pan with peaches. Mix dry ingredients, pour in milk, mix until fully combined. Pour cobbler mixture over peaches.
Topping: Dry oatmeal & brown sugar (¼ cup each). Mix together, sprinkle on top.
Bake for 35-45min (until top is golden brown and toothpick comes out clean). Enjoy with a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream!
In addition to this basic recipe, you are more than welcome to try these substitutions:
- Substitute ANY other fruit for the peaches! Apples, berries, you name it- it works!
- The topping is optional- feel free to include it or leave it off; your choice!
- Lactose free? No problem! Use almond milk, cashew milk, etc- all work just fine!
- Gluten free? No problem! Substitute a gluten free baking flour such as this: Gluten Free Flour
