1 cup Sunrise Fresh Dried Cherries, chopped 1½ cups water 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp soy sauce Pinch salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. -
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs until all ingredients are well incorporated. Roll tablespoonfuls of the meatball mixture into small b alls and place, spaced apart, on the lined baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are completely cooked through. -
Add all ingredients for the balsamic cherry glaze to a medium skillet. Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes, to i ncorporate the flavors and thicken the sauce. -
Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat in the cherry glaze. Serve hot on skewers with the glaze spooned over top.
