Apple Energy Bites


  • 1 cup dried apples
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup oats
  • 8 pitted Dates
  • ⅓ cup cashews 
  • ⅓ cup walnuts 
  • ⅓ cup almonds
  • 1-3 tbsp Nut or seed butter
  • 1 tbsp water


  1. In a food processor, add dried apples, oats, dates, cashews, walnuts, and almonds. Pulse until combined and the mixture starts to become a dough. Then add the cinnamon, nut butter, and water pulse again to combine. The dough should hold when pressed together. 
  2. Scoop roughly 1 ½ tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
