Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apples
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup oats
- 8 pitted Dates
- ⅓ cup cashews
- ⅓ cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup almonds
- 1-3 tbsp Nut or seed butter
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a food processor, add dried apples, oats, dates, cashews, walnuts, and almonds. Pulse until combined and the mixture starts to become a dough. Then add the cinnamon, nut butter, and water pulse again to combine. The dough should hold when pressed together.
- Scoop roughly 1 ½ tbsp of the mixture and roll into balls. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
